Join the “Merry Morningside” Committee!

Call for Volunteers

Are you interested in getting involved with the Morningside Area Community Council (MACC) but not sure where to start? Here’s your chance!

We’re forming the committee for this year’s annual “Merry Morningside” celebration, happening on Saturday, December 13th from 1–4 PM.

This year’s event will feature a Business Crawl, think cookie crawl, but with local businesses offering their own festive activities, treats, or surprises!

We’re looking for volunteers to help with:

• Recruiting and coordinating participating businesses

• Organizing caroling and holiday entertainment

• Promoting MACC membership sign-ups

• Helping with face painting, crafts, or activities

• Dressing up like Santa 🎅🏻

• …or bringing your own creative ideas to the table!

Our next planning meeting is on Wednesday, November 5th at 7:00 PM at the Morningside Senior Center immediately following the MACC quarterly meeting.

Bring your ideas, your friends, or just come make some new ones while spreading community cheer!
