FAQ Zoom Call - Sunday, February 19 @ 7PM

We have so many new faces this year, so we wanted to make sure everyone felt comfortable with the event details. We will be holding a Zoom meeting on Sunday night (02/19/23) at 7PM to go over any questions or to 'cheese' talk the other bakers!

MACC n' Cheese Event  - Saturday, March 11, 2023

Location: Spigno Italian Club (1736 Chislett Street)

Time: Doors open at 6PM, but you don't need to arrive until later. You'll want to arrive with enough time to dish your mac and cheese and be ready to serve by 7:00PM.

Parking: There is a small lot in the back of the building reserved for bakers to park.

Notes for Bakers

• You'lll need a dish name for the ballots, start thinking about it! 

• You'll need to make approximately three half sheet pans (we can provide these ahead of time) of mac and cheese.

• Bring a volunteer to help you serve, but if you don't have a friend who is willing to help you - we'll find you someone!

• We'll provide all the racks, utensils, gloves, steam trays, and sternos again this year. You'll be able to just plop down your pans for serving.
