Allegheny County Climate Action Plan – Your Voice Matters

Earlier this month, Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato kicked off the public engagement phase for the County’s first-ever Climate Action Plan (CAP). This is a key opportunity for residents to help shape the region’s climate future.

Over the next two months, community members are invited to share their ideas and priorities by completing a brief public survey at alleghenycounty.us/climateactionplan.

The Climate Action Plan will outline strategies to reduce carbon emissions across County operations and the broader community—everything from energy-efficient County buildings and greener vehicle fleets to programs that lower household energy costs and boost local clean-tech innovation.
